Black Friday 2024
Can I return items during the Black Friday sale?
You are more than welcome to return items purchased during our Black Friday Sale in exchange for a store credit. The value of the credit will be for the price you paid. While we're not offering direct exchanges during the sale, the store credit allows you to place a new order in your preferred style/size.
I am buying a Christmas present, will they be able to exchange it if they don’t like it?
Absolutely! Items will have to be shipped back at the customers expense. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a store credit, allowing you to easily exchange for the correct sizing.
I can’t find the Black Friday Discount Codes?
You don’t need a code! Everything will be automatically discounted.
My discount code won’t work?
Discount codes aren’t compatible with sale items! Save this one for next time when we're not on sale.
How long will the sale go on for?
We haven't confirmed the end time yet. So if you have your eye on a specific item, we recommend buying while stocks last. We’ve been on pre-order for most of the year so a lot of sizes are expected to sell out quick, so don't hesitate.
What happens if I buy something & it’s out of stock?
We are doing everything we possibly can to ensure this won't happen. Unfortunately, sometimes it's impossible to avoid with the amount of people trying to buy the same products at the same time. If the item you purchased is out of stock our support team will be in touch to notify you of and process a refund.

What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! However, this depends on whether or not your order has been shipped. If your order has not yet been shipped we will be more than happy to cancel your order.
If your order has already been shipped and the item(s) do not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you cover the cost of returns?
Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
Do you accept returns on sale items?
Any items on sale cannot be returned.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Within Australia –
Standard Delivery is 3-5 Days with Australia Post
Express Delivery is 1-2 Days with Australia Post
