EOFY Sale 2025

Can I return items during the EOFY sale?

Yes — items purchased during our EOFY Sale can be returned for store credit or exchanged for another size/style.

We’re not offering refunds or direct exchanges during the sale, but store credit allows you to easily place a new order. The credit will match the amount you paid for the item.

I can’t find the EOFY Sale Discount Codes?

You don’t need a code! Everything will be automatically discounted.

My discount code won’t work?

Discount codes aren’t compatible with sale items! Save this one for next time when we're not on sale.

How long will the sale go on for?

We haven’t locked in an official end date just yet. If there’s something you’ve been eyeing, we’d recommend grabbing it early — once it’s gone, it might not restock.

What happens if I buy something & it’s out of stock?

We are doing everything we possibly can to ensure this won't happen. Unfortunately, sometimes it's impossible to avoid with the amount of people trying to buy the same products at the same time. If the item you purchased is out of stock our support team will be in touch to notify you of and process a refund.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! However, this depends on whether or not your order has been shipped. If your order has not yet been shipped we will be more than happy to cancel your order.

If your order has already been shipped and the item(s) do not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you cover the cost of returns?

If you added Shipping Protection & Free Returns to your order at checkout, return shipping is covered — we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

If you didn’t add Shipping Protection, return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Do you accept returns on sale items?

Sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange, but not for a refund.

This applies to all discounted items, including those purchased during the EOFY Sale.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Within Australia –

Standard Delivery is 3-5 Days with Australia Post

Express Delivery is 1-2 Days with Australia Post
