You are more than welcome to return items purchased during our Black Friday Sale in exchange for a store credit. The value of the credit will be for the price you paid during the sale. We do not offer exchanges or refunds during the sale.

Shopping online these days can be difficult when it comes to sizing. We know that it can be hard to determine which size would fit best for you. In saying this, if the items you ordered don’t fit, we are more than happy to exchange it for you.

Simply email us at with the subject line ‘CHANGE OF SIZE’ with your order number and we will provide you with our details so you can ship it back to us. Unfortunately it is at the customers expense to ship it back to us, although we will ship the new item back to you as soon as we receive the item.

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • Customers who received product(s) with a manufacturing fault are entitled to a full refund of their order after close in house inspection and photo evidence.
  • Please take due care when trying on any product(s) as to not cause any excessive damages that might void the faulty refund request.

All exchanges must be posted and returned within 14 days of receipt and returned in original condition.



  • All product(s) must be returned:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • With all original tags, packaging & protection
    • Not smell of deodorant



Refunds are not accepted. The only time a refund will be provided is if the item(s) is faulty.
