Shopping online these days can be difficult when it comes to sizing. We know that it can be hard to determine which size would fit best for you. In saying this, if the items you ordered don’t fit, we are more than happy to exchange it for you.

Simply email us at customerservice@luthermelbourne.com with the subject line ‘CHANGE OF SIZE’ with your order number and we will provide you with our details so you can ship it back to us. Unfortunately it is at the customers expense to ship it back to us, although we will ship the new item back to you as soon as we receive the item.

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • Customers who received product(s) with a manufacturing fault are entitled to a full refund of their order after close in house inspection and photo evidence.
  • Please take due care when trying on any product(s) as to not cause any excessive damages that might void the faulty refund request.

All exchanges must be posted and returned within 14 days of receipt and returned in original condition.

 

CONDITION OF RETURN

  • All product(s) must be returned:
    • Within 14 days of the original purchase date
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • With all original tags, packaging & protection
    • Not smell of deodorant

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Sale items or discounted Items
  • Items used or altered

 

PROCESS FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS

  1. Contact Us. To initiate a return or refund, please email us at customerservice@luthermelbourne.com
  2. Ship the product back. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items
  3. Inspection on return. Once the item is received and inspected we will then proceed with the exchange or refund
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  5. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process once the returned item is received.
