For all orders we offer AUD $10 Standard Shipping, and AUD $15 for Express post within Australia. Any orders over $150 within Australia receive free shipping.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All shipping addresses are to be written in English. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee. The details you enter when placing an order is the exact information our systems receive, so please make sure all your details are correct before placing the order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post’s eParcel service. This means you’ll receive real time updates of your orders status direct to your nominated email at checkout. Updates will occur once your parcel is in transit.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
In the case that you need to change your shipping address/details, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of placing your order. Please include in the subject line ‘CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS’ when emailing us so we can request for the details to be changed.
I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email email@example.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout and our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.
WHAT CURRENCY IS USED?
All orders are processed in AUD.
AM I ABLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER OR DROP OFF A RETURN?
Orders purchased online cannot be picked up as we are only based online at this current time. Therefore returns also cant be dropped off, they need to be addressed with out Customer Service team.
